What does the word (غلمان) mean?

"Ghilman" (غلمان) is the plural of "ghulam" (غلام), which refers to a young man whose mustache has just begun to grow, or a young boy in general, until he reaches puberty and maturity. They are mentioned in the Holy Quran in the description of the bliss of the people of Paradise and their servants: "And there will circulate among them young boys [serving them] as if they were [pearls] hidden within their shells."
