What is the expiation for a driver who fell asleep while driving and caused the death of his mother, sister, and brother, given that his father has waived his right?

The son sinned by his driving in that situation, and he must offer three expiations (kaffarat): one for killing his mother, another for killing his brother, and a third for killing his sister. No expiation is required for the fetus, because the legal status of a child is not established until it is born. The expiation is the freeing of a believing slave; if none is found, then fasting for two consecutive months for each soul. As for the blood money (diyah), whatever the heirs pardon is waived, and whatever is not pardoned falls upon his 'aqilah (male relatives on the father's side).
