Are a woman's feet considered 'awrah? And what is the solution for a young man who loves a committed girl but cannot marry her due to his poverty?

It was previously stated that a woman's feet are 'awrah (private parts) and must be covered from non-mahrams and during prayer.

We advise the young man who cannot marry due to his financial inability to practice chastity, as Allah the Almighty commanded in His saying: "And let those who find not [the means for] marriage abstain [from sexual relations] until Allah enriches them from His bounty."

He must also comply with the Prophet's (peace be upon him) advice: "O young people, whoever among you can afford to marry, let him marry, for it helps lower the gaze and guard chastity. And whoever cannot afford it, let him fast, for it will be a shield for him."

We advise the young man to guard his gaze and turn his heart away from this girl as long as he cannot marry her, and to occupy himself with what is beneficial to him.
