When is it obligatory for a patient afflicted by jinn, who does not feel sin or disbelief and may mock religious matters, to verbally declare the Two Testimonies in order to embrace Islam?

One afflicted with obsessive thoughts is not held accountable for what they say or do unconsciously. They should treat themselves with legal ruqyah, consistently recite the a'udhat (invocations for protection), and distance themselves from obsessive thoughts by completely ignoring them, as they are from Satan who wishes to lead the believer into error and confusion.
