What is the ruling regarding a man saying to his wife: "My sister" in cases of unintentional mistake, sarcasm or mockery, joking, or deliberate intent?

If someone mistakenly says to his wife, "O my sister," there is no blame upon him, as Allah the Almighty says: "And there is no blame upon you for that in which you have erred." However, if he says it intentionally, it is an inappropriate statement and is considered foolishness at the very least, even if his wife is not forbidden to him by this utterance through ẓihār. And the statement of Abraham, peace be upon him, about Sarah, "Indeed, she is my sister," was made in a state of necessity.
