Is it permissible to say that among God's righteous servants are those for whom the world would perish with a single word from them?

This belief is false, for the disposal of the universe belongs to Allah alone, and the servant possesses nothing in this regard, even if he were among the most righteous of people or among the Messengers. Allah alone is the One who enriches and impoverishes and manages affairs. As for the servants, they do not possess the management of the universe. Yes, the prayer of a believer for his brother for healing or forgiveness may be answered, and this is from Allah's grace, but none of the righteous or others possess the power to dispose of or manage the universe. And the belief that some shaykhs say to a thing, "Be, and it is," is extremism, excessive praise, disbelief, and misguidance.
