What is the ruling on saying: "There is no repentance for Iblis?"
There is no harm in saying that Iblis has no repentance, for Allah Almighty has decreed Hell for him and his followers, as He says: "He said, 'Then it is the truth, and the truth I speak: I will surely fill Hell with you and with those among them who follow you, all together.'" It must be believed that he will not repent and will remain in his disbelief until the threat of entering Hell is fulfilled in him. Iblis was named as such because he despaired (ablasa) of Allah's mercy, meaning he lost hope in it.
