It is not permissible to go out with an immodestly dressed sister except in cases of extreme necessity, based on the Almighty's saying: (And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression). The parents should be advised about their responsibility concerning their daughter going out immodestly dressed, based on the Almighty's saying: (Protect yourselves and your families from a Fire), and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "All of you are shepherds, and all of you are responsible for your flock." There is no obedience to a creature in disobedience to the Creator.
