What is the ruling on planning to make a father sign a contract for the sale of the apartment and shop to his children and their mother without his knowledge, to ensure financial stability and protection from his continuous threats of expulsion and non-support, especially since he refuses to divorce the mother or give her her rights?

What the father is doing—threatening to expel, leaving the wife in limbo, and withholding financial support—is wrong and contrary to Islamic law. However, these wrongs do not justify disobeying or mistreating him. Rather, one must be dutiful to him and accompany them in kindness, as Allah Almighty said: ﴿And accompany them in the world with kindness.﴾ As for attempting to obtain his signature without his knowledge to sell the apartment and the shop, it is considered a lie, deception, ugly disobedience, and a crime both religiously and legally. As for the mother's share of the common land, it is her right, and it is permissible to use stratagem to enable her to obtain the documents that preserve this right.
