Is studying the subject "Tax Disputes" for the purpose of completing one's studies forbidden (haram)?

Studying economic secular laws is permissible if it is for a sound purpose, such as intending to understand them or to benefit from them in ways that do not contradict the Sharia. However, if the purpose is to act in ways that contravene Islamic law, or to teach them to someone who will act upon them, then that is forbidden.
