Is leasing a hotel equipped with a bar to a company that obtains a liquor licence considered a lawful source of livelihood?

Hotels often include manifest and hidden evils and sins, such as drinking alcohol and fornication. Therefore, it is impermissible to build them if this is their condition, due to His Almighty's saying: "And do not approach immoralities - what is apparent of them and what is concealed," and "And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression." Accordingly, the portion of unlawful money from the hotel's rent must be disposed of, by identifying the rent of the places where alcohol is sold, and the lease contract must be terminated immediately because it is a contract concerning prohibited matters.
