Is it permissible to interrupt the prayer and repeat ablution if urine is discharged due to a sneeze by a person suffering from urinary incontinence during prayer, and does urinary incontinence invalidate ablution?

If the involuntary discharge is continuous for a person such that he cannot control his purification, then it does not invalidate ablution nor does it interrupt prayer. Its owner should perform ablution for each prayer.
