If a valid marriage contract has been concluded, the spouses are permitted to enjoy each other. Masturbation upon hearing the wife's voice is permissible, by analogy with masturbation using her body parts, provided that the masturbator does not use his hand or any other body part, and ensures that the voice is indeed that of his wife. There is no difference in this ruling between a man and a woman.
