What is the ruling on congregational prayer if the person leading the prayers (imam) began reciting Surat Al-Fatiha in English? And must those being led in prayer (ma'mumeen) cut off their prayer or complete it?

You should glorify Him. If he becomes aware (of his mistake), then that's good. Otherwise, you should separate yourselves and pray (individually), and it is not permissible to continue praying behind him.
