Is it permissible for women to wear loose-fitting clothes such as A-line skirts (kloosh), dresses (dara'at), and jalabiyas with long, wide sleeves? And is it permissible for them to wear tight sleeves in front of other women and their mahrams?

A woman may wear whatever modest, loose-fitting clothing she wishes, as long as it does not involve imitation of men or disbelieving women. The 'awrah (intimate parts that must be covered) of a woman in front of her mahrams (unmarriageable kin) is her entire body except for what commonly appears, such as the face, hair, neck, forearms, and feet. Based on this, it is permissible for her to wear tight sleeves up to the elbows in front of her mahrams and other women, as long as there is no suspicion or temptation involved.
