ما هي قصة قوم تُبّع؟

The people of Tubbaʿ were the inhabitants of Yemen. Allah Almighty mentioned them in Surahs Saba’, Ad-Dukhan, and Qaf. Every king among them was named Tubbaʿ. Among the most famous of them was Asʿad Abu Karib, who ruled for three hundred and twenty-six years, clothed the Kaaba, and believed in the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him. After his death, his people reverted to idol worship, so Allah punished them with the flood of Al-ʿArim.
