Is it permissible for a divorced woman to give her house to her daughter before she remarries, and would that be considered an injustice to her children if she is blessed with children in her new marriage?

If a woman has no child other than her daughter, there is no harm in her gifting the house to her daughter, though leaving the matter to Allah's division is better. If she gifts the house to her daughter and then is blessed with other children, she must equalize them by retracting what she gifted to her daughter, so that this new child receives a share equal to their siblings. If the new child is born after the mother's death, she cannot retract the gift from the siblings, because the gift became binding upon her death.
