You should do this for every prayer. One ablution is not sufficient for more than one prayer as long as the discharge is continuous. This applies if the incontinence is constant throughout the entire prayer time. However, if you know that it will stop at a time when you can perform ablution and pray before the expiration of its time, then you must wait for that time.
