Is working in an Islamic bank permissible or forbidden after its conversion from a conventional bank? Is there a reward for a wife's patience with her husband who suffers from epilepsy? And is the husband rewarded for his illness?

The wife is rewarded for her patience and endurance in nursing her husband, and the husband is rewarded for his affliction. This is based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Wondrous is the affair of the believer, for there is nothing good for him except in his every affair. If he is afflicted with ease, he is grateful, and that is good for him. If he is afflicted with hardship, he is patient, and that is good for him." And also his saying: "No fatigue, nor disease, nor sorrow, nor sadness, nor hurt, nor distress befalls a Muslim, even a thorn that pricks him, but Allah expiates some of his sins because of it."
