What should a husband do if his ex-wife, after being judicially divorced from him, wishes to return, knowing that he has already contracted to marry another woman but has not yet consummated the marriage?

We advise you to combine between the two wives. If one of them stipulates the divorce of the other, then it is an invalid condition, according to the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "No woman should ask for the divorce of her sister to empty what is in her vessel, for her provision is from Allah." If combining is difficult, then you should weigh the benefit of returning to the mother of your sons against averting harm from the contracted wife.
