What is the ruling on throwing out black seed (Nigella sativa) with the trash?

It has been authentically established that the black seed is a cure for every disease except death. It is permissible to use it by eating, drinking, and other means. Therefore, it is not permissible to throw it in the trash so long as it is usable. However, if it is not usable, there is no evidence to prohibit discarding it.
