How is the inheritance calculated if the heirs are four sons, four daughters (one of whom is a half-sister from the father's side), a wife, and a full sister?

If the heirs are limited to the wife and children, the wife takes one-eighth due to the presence of children, as Allah states: ﴿But if you have a child, then for them [the wives] is one eighth of what you leave, after any bequest you [may have made] or debt.﴾ The remainder goes to the children, male and female, with the male receiving the share of two females.

The paternal half-sister inherits because she shares in the deceased's lineage (as a daughter of the father).

The full sister does not inherit due to the presence of the deceased's male children (exclusion from inheritance).

Inheritance cases must be submitted to the Sharia courts for investigation and to ensure there are no bequests, debts, or other heirs.

Distribution of the inheritance: The original fractional share is 96. The wife receives 12 shares, each daughter receives 7 shares, and each son receives 14 shares.
