Is it permissible to change the clothes of an old, sick maternal uncle and view his awrah out of necessity?

It is permissible for someone who is unable to change his clothes by himself to seek assistance from others, even if that leads to the uncovering of his 'awrah (private parts) out of necessity. The person providing assistance must fear Allah, not look at the 'awrah, or touch it without a barrier, and must be trustworthy, not disclosing any physical defect they may observe.
