Is it permissible to pay Zakat through the income generated from internet access via the family phone designated for a charitable hospital?

Zakat (definition) should not be disbursed to a charitable hospital because the recipients of Zakat are specifically defined within the eight categories mentioned in the verse from Surat At-Tawbah (definition): "Indeed, [prescribed] charitable donations are only to be given to the poor and the needy, and to those who work on [collecting] them, and to those whose hearts are to be reconciled, and to [free] captives, and to those in debt, and for the cause of Allah , and to the traveler. [This is] an obligation from Allah. And Allah is Knowing and Wise." As for using the internet from a phone in which you have a share, there is no objection to it as long as it does not exceed the extent of your right; otherwise, the permission of the other owners or payment to them would be required.
