What is the ruling regarding a wife's refusal to wear certain colors of underwear requested by her husband that arouse him, especially when the husband becomes angry as a result?

The Shari'ah has urged the wife to adorn herself for her husband in a way that pleases him, and this is considered a right of the husband upon her. If he commands her to do so, it becomes obligatory, based on the saying of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him: "The best of women is she who pleases him when he looks at her, obeys him when he commands, and does not contradict him in herself or her wealth in a way he dislikes." The husband must deal with his wife with gentleness and kindness in this matter.
