Does the verbal divorce issued by the husband while angry take effect, and is the marriage contract thereby rendered void or not?

If a man divorces his wife with an explicit divorce before consummation or valid seclusion, while he is fully conscious, she becomes irrevocably divorced from him. He cannot take her back except with a new contract, for divorce before consummation is an irrevocable divorce. If the reconciliation occurred due to ignorance of the ruling, the children are attributed to their father, and the contract must be renewed immediately upon learning the ruling. However, if the divorce occurred after a valid seclusion, then the reconciliation is valid without a new contract according to the majority of scholars. If the husband's anger reaches a state where he does not comprehend what he is saying, his divorce does not take effect.
