Are the yellow discharges after the brown discharge considered menstruation or purity? What is the ruling on the intention to fast while these discharges are present in Ramadan, and is it permissible to act upon this by saying: "O Lord, if I have become pure, then I am fasting"?

Yellowish discharge is considered menstruation if it is connected to blood or occurs during the usual period, and fasting must be made up in that case. However, if it appears after seeing the sign of purity (cessation of bleeding), it is not considered menstruation, and the fast is valid. As for conditioning the intention on purity, it does not harm, because intention follows knowledge; whoever knows what they intend to do has formed the intention for it. As for obsessive whispers (waswas), one must strive against them and get rid of them.
