Is working for "Oriflame" company, marketing its products, and earning profits and points, in addition to recruiting members under my own code and having their points counted, which in turn allows me to receive bonuses, along with a monthly membership subscription, considered unlawful (haram)?

A marketing system where the marketer pays a monthly or annual subscription fee, or a fee upon joining, is not permissible. It is also not permissible to invite others to join it, as it involves both types of usury (usury of excess and usury of delay) and religiously forbidden (excessive uncertainty/risk).
