Am I allowed to exchange my free share of medications that I receive from my work in the pharmaceutical industry with other pharmacies?

So long as you have acquired these medications lawfully, you are permitted to dispose of them by selling, exchanging, gifting, or giving them as charity. If you wish to exchange them for others, there is no impediment to them being more, or less, or for a specified term.
