Is it permissible to pay Zakat to the children of a widow who lives with her siblings and partakes of their food and drink, for the purpose of covering tuition fees?

A woman and her children are eligible for zakat if they are poor, and the fact that she eats and drinks with her brothers does not prevent her eligibility for zakat. They are permitted to dispose of the zakat as they wish, including for school fees. Financial support is not obligatory for brothers or maternal uncles; their spending on them is considered a voluntary act.
