How is the inheritance of a deceased brother divided if he left behind a daughter, a full brother, a full sister, nine paternal half-brothers, and four paternal half-sisters?

The method of distributing an inheritance cannot be determined until the heirs have been precisely identified. If the only heirs are a daughter, a full brother, and a full sister, then the daughter receives half as a prescribed share (three shares out of six). The remaining portion goes to the full brother and full sister by ta’sib (residuary heirship), with the male receiving the share of two females (the full brother gets two shares and the full sister gets one share). Half-brothers and half-sisters from the father’s side do not inherit when a full brother is present.
