What are the most prominent major tribulations and trials that precede the Day of Resurrection and distinguish between the believer and the disbeliever?

The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, informed us of signs that distinguish the believer from the disbeliever before the Day of Judgment. Among them: the emergence of the Beast (Dabba) that will speak to people, making it clear that they do not believe with certainty in the signs of Allah. It will brand people on their noses to distinguish the believer from the disbeliever. Another sign is the following of the Dajjal by seventy thousand Jews from Isfahan. Also, the city of Medina will expel disbelievers and hypocrites during the time of the Dajjal, as it will experience three tremors, expelling every disbeliever and hypocrite. Furthermore, a wind will blow from Yemen, taking the soul of every believer, so the Hour will not be established except upon the worst of creation, while a group from the Ummah will remain upon the truth until close to the establishment of the Hour.
