What is the ruling on a female teacher traveling with a driver without a mahram for a distance of 70-80 km, given that there are other female teachers with her? And is the travel distance calculated from the home or from the city limits?

A man is not permitted to be in seclusion with a non-mahram woman, whether traveling or not, due to the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "No man is secluded with a woman but the third of them is Satan." A woman is not permitted to travel without a mahram, and the company of women does not take the place of a mahram in travel according to the majority of scholars. The distance for shortening prayers begins from the end of the houses of the village where the traveler resides. Based on this, it is not permissible for the woman to be in seclusion with the aforementioned driver, nor for her to travel with female teachers without a mahram.
