Is emigration to another country considered a lack of patience with tribulation or a lack of trust in God, taking into consideration His Almighty saying: "And do not throw yourselves with your own hands into destruction" and "Nothing will befall us except what Allah has decreed for us"?

The emigration of a Muslim from a country where they are subjected to harm or fear for their religion, life, and property, to a safe country, is permissible in Islamic law. This is considered taking precautions and repelling harm, and it does not stem from a lack of trust in Allah. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Be keen on what benefits you, seek help from Allah, and do not be helpless." And Umar ibn al-Khattab said: "We flee from Allah's destiny to Allah's destiny." A Muslim is obligated to take precautions and not throw themselves into destruction, as stated in the verse: "And do not throw [yourselves] with your [own] hands into destruction."
