Is solving non-cumulative course exams from home—due to coronavirus circumstances and to save time for core subjects—considered cheating, even with the possibility of solving them from books?

Even though these materials are not added to the total score, passing them is a condition for advancing to the next academic stage. Relying on books in traditional exams is prohibited cheating. However, if the exam is remote and the use of books is permitted, then it is not considered cheating.
