Is congregational prayer permissible in the mosque if the Iqama (call to commence prayer) is in the same form as the Adhan (call to prayer), knowing that those in charge of the mosque are aware of the correct form of the Iqama but do not accept it on the pretext of adhering to the Hanafi school of thought?

The wording for the iqamah (definition) according to the Hanafis is identical to the adhan (definition), with the addition of "Qad qamat al-salah (definition)" (prayer has begun) twice after "al-falah" (success). The difference among the people of a town regarding the wording of the iqamah does not affect the validity of your prayer. The iqamah is a sunnah (definition) separate from the prayer, and one should not abandon praying in the mosque due to this difference.
