What is the ruling of the Sharia regarding a father forgiving his daughter for taking all the money that his sons and daughters had saved over 8 years with the intention of buying a home and a vehicle, knowing that the father was collecting this money from them to save it in his private account?

It is not permissible for a father to take from his son's wealth unless he is in need and it does not cause harm to the son, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "There should be no harm nor reciprocal harm." What the father did by taking his children's money and his eldest daughter's disposal of it is not permissible. He must return what he does not need of their money, and it is not lawful for him to take what they need or cause them harm. Likewise, the daughter must return what she took, as the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "The hand is responsible for what it took until it returns it." The father's forgiveness does not make it lawful. It is advised to fear Allah and handle the matter with wisdom, taking into consideration the father's status and kinship ties, and Allah's (the Almighty) saying: "And do not forget the grace between you." Islamic law does not prohibit demanding one's right in a respectful manner, even from the father. Therefore, resorting to legal judgment between a father and son is not considered disobedience.
