Are we sinful if we cut ties with a female relative who wronged us and expelled us, knowing that she rejects the ties of kinship?

Islam encourages maintaining kinship ties and has promised abundant good for it, and it warns against severing them, which incurs curses. It is obligatory to maintain kinship ties and to be patient with harm. The one who maintains ties is not he who reciprocates, but rather he who connects when his ties are cut off. Kinship ties can be maintained through communication, giving gifts, or charity. If one expends their utmost effort in maintaining ties, there is no sin in what lies beyond that.
