Is it Islamically permissible for a woman to use contraceptives, after consulting her husband and with his consent, if she suffers from difficult health conditions that prevent her from bearing the hardship of pregnancy, childbirth, and raising her family?

There is no harm in using contraception, provided that a method that completely severs procreation is not adopted. It is preferable to use the least harmful methods. One should also frequently engage in supplication (Du'a), remembrance (Dhikr), and seeking forgiveness (Istighfar).
