Is prayer valid without washing the testicles of prostatic fluid (madhy), based on the opinion of the Shafi'is, Malikis, Hanafis, and a group of Hanbalis, who do not consider washing them obligatory?

Madhi (pre-seminal fluid) is impure (najis), and the area it touches must be washed. If madhi gets on both testicles, they must be washed. However, if the madhi does not go beyond its exit point, scholars differ: Imam Ahmad's madhhab (school of thought) holds that both the penis and testicles must be washed, citing hadiths from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him. The majority of scholars, however, believe it is sufficient to wash only the affected area, by analogy with other impurities. A number of jurists have supported this view. The preponderant opinion is that both the penis and testicles must be washed, due to the authenticity of the hadiths narrated concerning this.
