What is the ruling on purchasing a car through a lease-to-own system, where the car is initially registered in the buyer's name as the first owner, then its ownership is transferred to the installment company, which then sells it back to the buyer under a lease-to-own system, in order to be able to bring it into Egypt later?

Fraud and lying to circumvent a condition are not permissible. This feigned procedure has no relation to Muntahiyah Bittamleek (lease ending in ownership) because it is a means of circumnavigating the system. As for the ruling on Ijarah Muntahiyah Bittamleek, it has been previously detailed.
