What is the ruling on silently reading the Quran and listening to it while contemplating its meanings, especially if the recitation is not proficient?

The love of reciting the Qur'an is a great blessing, and its reward is immense, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever recites a letter from the Book of Allah will have a good deed, and a good deed is multiplied tenfold." Reciting secretly is better for the sake of sincerity and to avoid showing off. "The one who recites the Qur'an aloud is like the one who gives charity openly, and the one who recites the Qur'an secretly is like the one who gives charity secretly." Secrecy is even more emphasized for a woman if there is a fear of temptation from her voice. Reflecting on the meanings of the Book of Allah is one of the most important objectives of reading. Allah Almighty says: {A Book We have sent down to you, full of blessing, that they may ponder its verses, and that those of understanding may take admonition.} It is better for a woman to recite secretly, and she should strive to perfect her recitation.
