What is the ruling on the salary I will receive during a sick leave that I will obtain from the hospital without consulting the doctor, due to my concern for my pregnancy and my need for rest?

If your health condition requires rest and absence from work, you may request sick leave. You can consult other doctors or the patient affairs department if that is within their authority.

The physician must fear Allah Almighty in his work, so he should not grant leave to one who does not deserve it nor withhold it from one who does. Granting sick leave to a person who is not ill is considered a false statement and false testimony, which is among the major sins. The one who takes it is sinful and is consuming wealth unjustly. Extending the duration of leave beyond what the patient deserves is forbidden and is among the major sins.
