Is the dream of being pregnant with twins, for one seeking guidance, an indication of marriage completion?

If the suitor is a man of good character and religion, then the young woman should proceed with marrying him, as long as she has sought Allah's guidance (istikhara). Whatever Allah decrees is good. As for the dream, it is a good omen to be reassured by, but not to be relied upon solely.
