Is it permissible for a Muslim to bequeath money for the construction of a church after his death?

It is forbidden for a Muslim to bequeath his wealth for the construction of a church or a temple for non-Muslims, because this is considered assisting in sin and aggression. The houses of worship of non-Muslims are considered houses of disobedience due to their violation of monotheism. This is what scholars from various schools of thought (Hanafi, Maliki, Shafi'i, Hanbali, and Zahiri) have unanimously agreed upon, as they stipulated the invalidity of bequeathing wealth for the construction of churches, whether the testator is Muslim or non-Muslim.
