What is the reward for marrying a divorced woman, and how can one overcome internal doubts and society's view?

The decisive factor in choosing a wife is religiosity. The Prophet encouraged marrying a virgin, but a man marrying a divorced woman is not a defect, and he may even be rewarded for it if he intends to protect her chastity and console her. The fundamental principle for a Muslim is well-being; therefore, one should have a good opinion of this woman if she is religious, and proceed with marrying her after performing Istikhara.
