It is permissible for you to use those pieces because your father owned them and gave you permission, and your brother has no right to revoke that. However, it is advisable to persuade your father to use them and expiate his oath, and to urge your brother to honor his father and apologize to him, and to show affection towards him with good words and deeds until he forgives him.
