Is it permissible for a husband to continuously lie and swear oaths, then offer expiation as a regular habit, and how can one get rid of this habit?

The false oath (al-yamin al-ghamus) is an oath sworn by a person who is intentionally lying. It is considered one of the major sins, and it is the oath "by which one wrongfully seizes the property of a Muslim, knowing that he is lying." The majority of scholars hold that no expiation (kaffarah) is required for it because its sin is too great to be expiated by the expiation for an oath.
