Does the wife's occasional negligence in performing ghusl and prayer due to her husband's negligence in prayer and the difficulty of waking him for Fajr prayer—despite her making up the prayers later—fall under the category of abandoning prayer?

The time for the Fajr prayer ends with sunrise, by consensus of scholars, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "And the time for the Fajr prayer is as long as the sun has not risen." Deliberately delaying it until after sunrise is a great sin and a serious transgression, considered by some scholars to be an act of disbelief. The questioner and her husband must repent sincerely and take the initiative to wake up for prayer at its appointed time. If the husband refuses, she must still get up for her prayer, for every soul is pledged to what it earns.
