Am I sinful if I do not wake my husband for Fajr prayer after many unsuccessful attempts to wake him?

There is no sin upon the wife if she wakes her husband for Fajr prayer by all available means and he does not wake up. However, the husband must be alerted to the seriousness of his negligence regarding Fajr prayer. To ensure performing Fajr prayer on time, the husband must take the necessary steps, such as sleeping early, using alarms, having a sincere intention to perform it, sleeping with ablution (wudu), and observing the pre-sleep remembrances (adhkar). He must also repent for the prayers he missed and resolve to observe them in congregation in the future.
